Standout Mail Tools is an internal utility operated by Jace Collins (Standout Studios). It is only connected to mailboxes owned by Jace Collins / Standout Studios.
With the owner's permission via Google OAuth, the tool uses the Gmail API to send email from the owner's own mailboxes, read message headers and replies in those mailboxes, and apply labels (for example marking messages read, starred, or moving them out of spam).
Data is used only to operate the owner's own email. Access tokens and minimal logs (dates, sender and recipient addresses, delivery placement) are stored locally on the owner's computer. Nothing is uploaded to third-party servers.
Google user data is never sold, shared, or transferred to anyone, and is not used for advertising or to train AI models. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Local tokens and logs are deleted when no longer needed.
